1.Reservations and Payments
Reservations must be confirmed with a 20% deposit and should be made at least 30 days before the event. Full payment is required [number] days before the event. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event may be subject to charges.
2.Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the event to avoid charges. Changes to event details must be communicated at least 10 days before the event. Bunnboh Churros reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation in cases of force majeure, with a full refund to the client.
3.Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing a suitable and safe location for parking and operating the churro truck. The client is also responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for the event.
4.Limitation of Liability
Bunnboh Churros is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or traffic issues.
